Our Bilston branch office

Our Bilston branch is located in the heart of the bustling market town. With a Morrisons supermarket located nearby, an Argos store opposite the branch and a large open air market on Monday's, Thursday's and Friday's why not visit our Bilston office and make a day of it.

There is a large, free Council maintained car park on Batchcroft Road to the rear of the office making access to the branch easy. Accessing the branch by local transport is also made simple by the expansive bus station and tram network that stops in Bilston.

Branch Supervisor, Sally Shortland (pictured above) and her team are on hand to offer friendly advice on the products and services we offer. Savings accounts can be opened without making an appointment, simply bring along your initial investment, we'll even complete the application form for you. We are able to access credit reference agency databases to check identification requirements. In the majority of cases this allows us to open your account without the need for any paper-based identification. We will advise you if we require further proof of identification.

If you wish to speak with one of our Mortgage Sales Advisers it is recommended to make an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. We have mortgages available for first and second time buyers as well as customers looking to remortgage from other mortgage lenders.
