Our Tipton Head Office

Our Tipton office has recently undergone a refurbishment programme and now boasts six till positions and an extensive interviewing suite housing state of the art computer systems.

We have an expansive private free car park at the rear of the office, and with a bus stop right outside and the newly refurbished Tipton train station only a 300 yard walk, accessing our Head Office is more easy and convenient than ever before.

Branch Supervisor, Katie Smith (pictured above) and her team are on hand to offer friendly advice on the products and services we offer. Savings accounts can be opened without making an appointment, simply bring along your initial investment, we'll even complete the application form for you. We are able to access credit reference agency databases to check identification requirements. In the majority of cases this allows us to open your account without the need for any paper-based identification. We will advise you if we require further proof of identification.

Our Mortgage Sales department are also on hand to offer you free advice on our range of mortgage products, often without the need to make an appointment. We have mortgages available for first and second time buyers as well as customers looking to remortgage from other mortgage lenders.
