About Us

Our Sedgley branch office

Our Sedgley branch is located in the centre of the town on the Bull Ring, so named because it was originally the site of bull baiting until the sport was made illegal in the early 1800's. All signs of the actual ring were removed in the 1930's when the traffic island was built but the Bull Ring name has remained.

The town hosts a Co-operative supermarket as well as the Concord Market, open Monday to Saturday. There are also several public houses serving food all day and while you're there why not sample one of the local quest ales on offer.

There is a large free car park located with entrances off the High Street and Townsend Avenue and a bus stop only 20 yards from the office with links to all the local major towns and cities making access to the branch simple and easy.

Branch Supervisor, Tracey Coley (pictured above) and her team are on hand to offer friendly advice on the products and services we offer. Savings accounts can be opened without making an appointment, simply bring along your initial investment, we'll even complete the application form for you. We are able to access credit reference agency databases to check identification requirements. In the majority of cases this allows us to open your account without the need for any paper-based identification. We will advise you if we require further proof of identification.

If you wish to speak with one of our Mortgage Sales Advisers it is recommended to make an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. We have mortgages available for first and second time buyers as well as customers looking to remortgage from other mortgage lenders.
