Branches & Training Controller
Location: Tipton (DY4)
Salary: Circa £22,000 pa + benefits
We have a full time vacancy at our head office for a Branches & Training Controller. This role assists and supports the Branches & Training Manager in ensuring our branch and training operations operate effectively and involves coaching, developing and mentoring staff to achieve service and performance targets.
You will have a depth of experience working in a managing or controller role within a customer services/sales function of a building society, UK retail bank or financial services firm. You will be a motivational leader, with a co-operative and inspiring approach, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and successful working environment.
