Positions currently available include:

Full Time IT (Technical Services) Trainee
Circa £11,000 plus benefits

Duties include the following 'day to day' tasks:

• Providing 'first line' IT support - logging and assigning calls and resolving recurring calls.
• Periodic tasks including data backup, data archiving and anti-virus administration.
• Development and maintenance of software within various development environments.

Opportunity includes sponsored enrolment onto a part time Computer Science Degree course (1 day per week). You will be willing to study in your own time and be flexible about working hours.

Part Time Branch Assistants (flexible hours)
These positions are suitable for friendly, approachable and conscientious people who are able to deliver consistently, exceptional levels of customer service to our members.

Minimum hours are: 10 hours per week including every Saturday morning, 8.45am to 12.00 noon

You must be totally flexible and be able to work additional hours as required.
