Tipton & Coseley Financial Services Limited is a wholly owned direct subsidiary of the society.

Professional and courteous service
Our Financial Adviser is experienced, highly trained and dedicated to providing a professional and courteous service.

Tipton & Coseley Financial Services Limited is part of the Tipton & Coseley group and shares the same values as the society. We understand that financial services can often appear confusing and daunting, and we really are here to help you. While we can’t predict your future, we can certainly help you plan for life’s uncertainties. We know that our customers are individuals; with varying needs and aspirations and at Tipton & Coseley you will have a partner to help you make sense of your finances.

Investment Planning
We have a wide selection of plans which aim to make your hard earned money work even harder for you, whether you’re looking for income or growth or you wish to take advantage of tax efficient savings. The current tax situation may not be maintained.

If you’re planning for retirement we can help you navigate the many options available.

Life or Life and Critical Illness Cover
This provides a lump sum that can help protect you and your family if you die or, if chosen, you are diagnosed with a specified critical illness.

With life cover you can protect your dependants after you die by providing a lump sum that could repay your mortgage.

Critical Illness Cover
The financial consequences of critical illness are often severe. Critical Illness cover can provide a lump sum if you are diagnosed with a specified critical illness or you die.

Inheritance Tax Planning (IHT)
Income tax, value added tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, inheritance tax - too much tax can seriously damage your wealth. We may be able to show you how you could protect your savings from some of these taxes and make them work harder, giving you the potential for more income and/or growth.

Legislation is constantly changing - do you know what the Nil Rate Band is or how and when it can be claimed? Did you know that HM Revenue & Customs could claim 40% tax on the net value of your estate above your available Nil Rate Band and that inheritance tax can be charged during lifetime as well as at death?

If inheritance tax is due upon your death, some or all of this liability will have to be paid before the assets comprised within your estate can be released. This may mean that the people administering your estate could be left with a potentially large inheritance tax bill to pay before they can begin distributing your estate to your heirs. It is therefore important to plan ahead for future events so that more of your assets are available to potentially be inherited by your loved ones rather than by the taxman. Ultimately, we want to help you to pass less of your wealth to the taxman both during your lifetime and, eventually, upon your death.
