Geographical restrictions

Applications up to 85% LTV are only accepted on properties within the following Midlands counties: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire.

Registration process

We are able to accept mortgage applications from all FSA registered mortgage intermediaries. It is not necessary to pre-register with us prior to sumbmitting an application.

Agreement in principle

If you would like to download a copy of our Agreement in Principle form please click here. The completed form should be faxed to the number shown above. Either Richard or a member of our Mortgage Sales team will contact you within 24 hours with a decision.

Residential mortgage applications

If you would like to download a copy of our residential mortgage application click here. (Available for mortgage intermediaries only)

Certified proof of identification and address, with relevant proof of income (3 months payslips and P60 or accounts if self-employed) should accompany all mortgage applications. Completed forms should then be forwarded by post to our Tipton Head Office at:

Mortgage applications may also be submitted electronically using the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE).
