What to do if you change your address

Changing your address details is simple and easy, we just need you to complete an amendment form.

In some cases, we will require evidence of your new address in order to safeguard against someone else seeking to amend your records. If we need any further identification we will advise you of this.

Photocopies of identification are acceptable provided they are certified by a UK lawyer, banker, authorised financial intermediary, accountant, teacher, doctor, minister of religion, postmaster or sub-postmaster.

This person must be capable of being contacted if necessary and therefore contact details must be provided. In addition certified documents should be dated and signed 'original seen' and photographic evidence should be certified as providing a good likeness.

Once our records have been updated with your new address details we will write to you just to confirm our records are correct.
