Higher Income Multiple Semi Exclusive - Available through select lending partners 

We are pleased to offer our higher income multiple products to borrowers looking to purchase or remortgage their existing residential property. These products are available for those looking to borrow above our standard income multiple of 4.49 times, and are available up to a maximum of 6.00 times joint income. Loans are considered up to 85% LTV, with a minimum loan size £100,000 and a maximum of £500,000. The products are on a discounted variable rate for two years from inception, have no early repayment charges, and an arrangement fee of £999. The arrangement fee may be paid up front or added to the loan amount. Please note, if your client chooses to add the fee to the loan amount, interest will be charged at the same rate as the mortgage.
