The FCA set a deadline of 29 August 2019 for MPPI complaints.
As this date has now passed, if you did not make a complaint to us prior to this date you can no longer claim money back by complaining to us or the Financial Ombudsman Service unless exceptional circumstances are apparent.
If you complained prior to this date your complaint will be acknowledged, investigated and a final response provided in line with the FCA rules on complaint handling.
If you disagree with our final response you will be given the opportunity to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This must be done within six months of our final response.
