The mortgage tariff of charges details the various fees and charges that may apply during the term of your mortgage.
A mortgage of £209,400 payable over 28 years initially on a discounted variable rate for 3 years from inception, currently 3.29% (equal to a 1.70% discount from our SVR) and then our SVR, currently 4.99% for the remaining term would require an initial payment of £973.44 followed by 35 monthly payments of £954.52 and 300 monthly payments of £1,138.93.
The total amount payable would be £376,535.64 made up of the mortgage amount plus interest (£166,660.64) with a mortgage valuation fee of £325, a telegraphic transfer fee of £25 and mortgage exit fees of £125.
