We have a full time vacancy at our Tipton office for a Branches & Training Deputy Manager. This role assists and supports the Branches & Training Manager in ensuring our branch and training operations operate effectively and involves developing and mentoring staff to achieve targets and objectives.
You will have a depth of experience working in a leadership/management role within a customer services/sales function of a building society, UK retail bank or financial services firm.
You will be a motivational leader, with a co-operative and inspiring approach, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and successful working environment.

Between 8.45am and 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive with a lunch break of 1 hour and a half day commencing at 12.50pm to be taken at the Society’s discretion and 2 out of 3 Saturday mornings between 8.45am and 12.00 noon.
