Codsall villagers celebrate the arrival of their new branch
We’ve opened the doors to the Tipton’s newest branch, bringing more choice to local people over how they manage their money.

Situated at The Square in the South Staffordshire village of Codsall, the premises were officially unveiled by District and Parish Councillor Megan Barrow.
Other guests joining in the celebrations included Wolves legends John Richards and Steve Daley, alongside community leaders, business owners, charity representatives and village residents.
There were goody bags and giveaways for our first customers and a selection of edible treats prepared by Medicine Kitchen and Bakery.
Speaking to guests on opening day, Megan Barrow said: “It’s a great pleasure to see a fresh new business arrive in Codsall and I’m sure the community will welcome the Tipton with open arms.
“We’re not only welcoming a business, but also people who care about the village and its people. We sincerely hope you prosper and do well.”
Tipton Chief Executive Adam Evetts added: “We were delighted to share this special occasion with so many representatives from the local community, as well as colleagues from the Tipton who’ve made our new branch come to life.
“Codsall is a vibrant village, well connected and with a really strong sense of local community. Our vision is to have a positive impact on everyone we interact with and we can’t wait to see this brought to life in Codsall.”
Operating Monday to Saturday, the Tipton at Codsall offers our full range of savings accounts and mortgage products.
Inside are three counter points for transactions, a lounge area with comfortable seating, digital information screens, and two private rooms for customer consultations.
Codsall becomes the Society’s fifth branch, accompanying our existing locations in Tipton, Coseley, Sedgley and Bilston.
