Our branch opening hours are changing

We’d like to inform customers that from Monday, 30 June, weekday opening hours will be different in some of our branches.

Opening hours at Bilston and Coseley will change to match those currently operating at Sedgley:

Monday - Tuesday	9:00 - 14:30
Wednesday	9:30 - 14:30
Thursday - Friday	9:00 - 14:30
Saturday	9:00 - 12:00

Opening hours at Tipton branch will be:

Monday - Tuesday	9:00 - 16:00
Wednesday	9:30 - 16:00
Thursday - Friday	9:00 - 16:00
Saturday	9:00 - 12:00

Saturday hours in our branches remain the same. All branches are closed on Sundays.

Answering your questions

Why are branch opening hours changing?

Based on a review of customer transactions, we can see when our branches are most busy. At each location, there is noticeably less demand for our services during the afternoon.

We feel colleagues could use this time more effectively to support customers who interact with us through our other channels, such as postal, telephone and online.

Changing hours will also allow us to focus more on training and development and improve our overall quality of service.

Will you still be open on Saturdays?

Yes, all our branches are open on Saturdays, maintaining their existing hours of 9am until 12pm.

Are there any alternatives if I can’t get to a branch before you close?

While Bilston, Coseley and Sedgley will close at 2.30pm during the week, Tipton branch is open until 4pm. You can also call us on 0121 557 2551 until 5pm on weekdays or fill out the Contact us form right here on our website.
