We are the first Society to offer new customers and existing members the ability to open, view and manage savings accounts on the go, whilst mortgage customers can view their balance too.

The app hosts a wide range of functionality including the option to view mortgage and branch saving accounts; transfer of money in and out of app accounts is via a nominated bank account.

The app is a significant investment in technology by us, designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers. We have worked in partnership with Consectus Ltd, a fintech company, with Consectus providing the technology to deliver our desired customer experience.

The app is available for download for new and existing customers from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, customers can find out more by downloading the app using the below QR codes, or visiting the Tipton's website at

Sally Morgan, our Operations Director said: “Creating a new distribution channel for customers and leading the mobile app development has been very exciting. It is a major investment and a key piece of our digital strategy. We recognised the necessity to meet our changing customer needs, many of whom want the ability to open and access their accounts from anywhere in the UK. The app provides this and makes it easy to do business with us.”

Paul D’Ambra, CEO of Consectus stated “We were delighted that Tipton & Coseley Building Society chose to work with us to deliver their new digital distribution channel. The launch of the mobile app is a fantastic achievement for the Society and will enable them to deliver even better service to their existing and future customers.”
