Vote for the Tipton in this year's what MORTGAGE Awards

The Tipton is a finalist in the Best Self Build Mortgage Lender category and it’s down to the public to decide who wins.

Now in their 33rd year, the what MORTGAGE Awards showcase the best mortgage lenders, brokers and homebuying services in the UK.

The awards consist of three stages. Readers submit initial nominations for the businesses they would recommend for being helpful, efficient and delivering good value.

Those with the most mentions are shortlisted and there’s a vote to determine the various category winners.

Results are announced at a special awards ceremony taking place at the Kia Oval cricket ground in London on Thursday, 9 July.

We’re extremely pleased to be shortlisted, especially knowing nominations are based on borrowers’ feedback.

Voting is live for the next two months (closing in June) and everyone is welcome to join in. Customers, brokers, associates and colleagues can find details on the what MORTGAGE website.

Our awards listing is under the key category of ‘Specialist Lenders and Equity Release’, followed by ‘Best Self Build Mortgage Lender’.

Success with savings too

There’s been further recognition for the Tipton in two more industry award schemes, this time focusing on savings.

At the start of the year, Moneynet named us Best Notice Business Savings Provider in their Personal Finance Awards.

We offer a choice of solutions to help business owners get a return on their savings deposits and they’ve proved popular with firms both locally and nationally. 

Then a few weeks ago, Moneyfacts released details of which providers have reached the final of their annual awards.

The Tipton features in the Best Variable Rate Cash ISA Provider and Best Building Society Savings Provider categories. Results will be revealed during a gala dinner on Thursday, 25 June.
