We always recommend you complete a decision in principle first. This will allow us to have a look at your case to see if your clients satisfy our criteria. There's no need to register before sending us a decision in principle, simply download a copy of either the residential form or buy to let form and then email a scanned copy to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are able to sign on behalf of your client at decision in principle stage.
Once we receive your completed form, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours with an initial lending decision.
When you're ready to submit an application, download our PDF form, complete it then scan a copy and email it to us at email@example.com. You can alternatively post it to our Tipton Head Office. If you send a scanned copy, we will also need the original signed form to confirm your clients signatures on the application form.
You will need to register when you submit your first application. We can accept a signed, scanned copy of your completed registration form to our firstname.lastname@example.org inbox.
You also send electronic applications using the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE).
