ISA Terms and Conditions

Financial Services Compensation Scheme

Your eligible savings are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, up to a total of £85,000.

Acceptable identification

To open a savings account you may need to provide us with additional identification.

Customer amendment form

Should you need to update any of your details with us you will need to complete a Customer Amendment Form.

Power of Attorney / Court of Protection Registration Form 

If you need to register a Power of Attorney or Court of Protection with us, you will need to complete a registration form.

Missing passbook form

If your passbook is lost or stolen you should let us know as soon as possible. You will need to complete a Missing Passbook Form.

Statutory declaration and indemnity form

If your late friend or relative's estate is below £15,000, you will need to complete our Statutory declaration and indemnity form.
