Your application will be sent to your clients for digital signing. If there is more than one applicant, Applicant 1 must sign before the form is forwarded to Applicant 2, etc.
Once the application has been signed, it will be passed to our mortgage processing team for assessment. Our average time for initial assessment is currently 48 hours.
Please, ensure we have received all supporting documents requested in our previous Decision in Principle approval as soon as possible to avoid any potential delays in underwriting your case. These can be emailed to us at email@example.com. Please ensure copies of original documents are forwarded with your application. Where we require additional documentation to verify identity, each item must be certified original seen and signed by yourself.
Your assigned Case Officer will contact your client to arrange payment of any appropriate fees before instructing the valuation. They will also email you directly to introduce themselves and detail any outstanding requirements prior to mortgage offer.
